A Birthday card for Leonie a friend of ours, I hope she will like it, it is fairly simple but I love the image of the little girl and just had to use it.

Word Swap Arty-Oz

My word that I picked is beauty in this swap and I think she is beautiful, I have embossed with my cuttlebug on silver foil (thanks to Liz) and dry brushed with black paint and then wiped off the excess on the background.

XOXOXOXO

My X page for the skinny book challenge with Paper Traders Group, It took me a long time to think of something beginning with X and this is what I came up with. The background paper was my inspiration.

Teresa's Book

I have completed my pages in Teresa's bird book, this theme was vey challenging and with so many wonderful pages before me, it was very difficult to maintain the standard. I hope you like your book Teresa, if you don't I could find a home for it here in my house.

Heres pictures of the wonderful house collection swap book I received from the very talented lady Donna, sorry the pictures are out of order but you can still see how great they are.

These are what I made in Jen's class yesterday, I absolutely love them, I have never made any of this type of jewelery before, Jen made it very easy with fabulous kits to work with and a little bit of my own junk as well. We even got to use a dremmel and watch her using a soldering iron.

A picture of some of the girls that attended a class conducted by Jen Crossely today at my place in Mordialloc going from left to right they are Teresa, Kathy, Greta, Donna, Sarah, Joanne, Jen and Me. This was taken at the end so some of the girls had left they were Liz, Janye and Janine.
We all had a wonderful time with lots of laughs and lollies and learning how to create some beautiful pieces of jewelery, I will take picture of these tommorow, up close so they can be seen.
